Scott Brown and Kelvin Wilson resumed full training today ahead of the Europa League clash with Atletico Madrid.
Both players have been out of action for over two months with Brown the more likely to be involved at some stage against the Spaniards.
The Celtic skipper hasn’t played since the derby defeat by Rangers on September 18 and has been troubled by ankle injuries in each of the last three seasons.
“Scott and Kelvin Wilson both trained today,” Lennon confirmed looking ahead to tomorrow’s match. “Bangura trained as well and it was interesting to see a big group of players at training, that’s been a novelty over the last month or so.
“It’s great to see the players coming back, they’ll add a bit of freshness and competition to the squad.
“Bangura will be in contention, Kelvin we’re not sure about because he’s been out for such a long time.”
Dylan McGeough is unavailable for selection.

Here’s a big test coming up for Lenny…..
How much tinkering with the team does he do ??
Recently the team has performed really well and anyone left out would be entitled to feel aggrieved.
Now we have….Brown/ Mulgrew/ Izzy/ Kelvin Wilson/
to name but 4….on the verge of a return…and all, arguably…first picks. So who drops out??
Be interesting to see what happens.
Rather you than me Lenny.
