You Tube Rangers newsYou Tube favourite Wee Wullie Bluenose has been officially endorsed by Rangers in the latest fund raising initiative to keep the club alive.

The shoulder-popping pensioner and his catchy ‘We Don’t Do Walking Away’ song has been viewed almost 80,000 times on You Tube any many times more on various supporter message boards.

‘We Don’t Do Walking Away’ is now available to download with the proceeds going to The Rangers Fans Fighting Fund, the minimum donation is £1.

An additional boost for the song is confirmation that the video will be played before the Rangers v Celtic match on Sunday.

The Rangers Fans Fighting Fund has already raced almost £150,000 with lots more fund raising initiatives to come.

Rangers are now in the fifth week of administration with no real signs of new ownership emerging with uncertainty over the validity of the £24m deal with Ticketus and no sign of a verdict in a tax case that could cost £49m.

Next Friday a Rangers Legends side will take on AC Milan with most of the money raised going towards the Rangers Fans Fighting Fund.

That’s right no one walks away, exept for those players who’ve walked away…25/03/2012 Champions 2011-2012

  • seaney says:

disgraceful that the match with milan has had the charity funds it will raise .rerouted from its origin’ally’ intended recipients.pity they dont do re’routing more often but.

  • johnd says:

Just when you thought the ‘Dignity’ club could sink no further…and this gem emerges. I honestly thought this was a Celtic supporter at the wind up. From the teddy bears to the 99p shirt it is excruciating. And for Ramgers to endorse just sums up state they are in. Absolutely hilarious.

  • ricky says:

hope to god they play that at the debt dome on sunday.just when you thought it couldn’tget any funnier this wee gem comes up.

  • KevinBarry says:

Unbelievable! That club is total joke.

Let’s all laugh at rangers,Let’s all laugh at rangers, nanananana

  • jocky bhoy says:

They’ve done walking away from their tax responsibilities, they’ve done walking away from their own dignity and by the end of this shenanigans I hope they will have done walking away from their stadium – will make a nice Asda (green logo and all).

They’ve managed to raise £150k since the start of their financial meltdown? That’s nearly 20% of the money Rangers apparently still owe the Jambos for Lee Wallace. Keep up the good work!

    • martin kennea says:

All this nonsense “we dont do walking away” when they first came out with that muck, they couldnt get out of the stadium quick enough when kilmarnock beat them .So dont listen to that pish.

  • I will piss myself if this wee cracker gets played on Sunday, I thought after penny arcade it couldn’t get any funnier but this belter is off the scale. The rankers administration the gift that keeps giving. Roll on Sunday if anything we will get a laugh at the rotten mob. Hail hail and god bless wee wullie bluenose lol

  • jebus says:

still pish myself every time i see this, the one of the funniest videos from the past month and to officially endorse this and talk about playing it is funny off the radar!! dignity fc lurching from one embarrassment to the next!!

  • Shooglenifty says:

Good lord, are there any depths they won’t sink too? He looks like Cletus from the Simpsons.

  • johnd says:

Celtic are extending the hand of friendship and assistance to genuinely disadvantaged children from a different continent in keeping with the clubs traditions. Rangers are exploiting some auld fella from Airdrie, Motherwell or God knows where playing his grandwean’s plastic piano after a night on the fortified wine. It says it all!

I actually feel pity for them (and they will feel real angry when we start to pity them!). This is being viewed across the globe. People must be viewing this and thinking what the hell has happened to them when they are looking to save their very club through endorsing this. If this is part of the master plan for survival then they are well and truly goosed.

Forget about 54 titles (most cheated for) and anything else that they claim to have won. For me Rangers football club will immediately conjure up a picture of Wee Wullie Bluenose and his plastic piano. They will never be the same again. Surely some of their fans would have preferred death to this.

  • Jack says:

“Okay, whose idea was it to have this played on Sunday? Seriously, are we trying to beat Celtic by making them laugh so hard they forget to play football? This is awful, the absolute worst, I can only watch about half of it before turning it off. I get what he’s trying to do and good on him for that…but it’s still terrible.”

this is from a Rangers supporting friend, says it all really

  • Martybhoy says:

Rev I. M. Jolly with a Telly Tubbie keyboard.

  • mick f says:

And everyone was talking of a dying club, if only we knew they could raise as much as £150k am sure it will be up to £15 million by the end of this weekend.

  • CarlisleCelt says:

Mon the Hoops for the weekend!

  • Rodger says:

Brilliant cathy wee tune loved the bit about

we are the queens evelen, in blue heaven
we dont do paying her tax money

I mean we dont do waking away (except if your John Greig)

    What a laugh

  • Rodger says:

Excuse my spelling I was laughing so much I made those mistakes

wee willie blue nose and broxy bear would make a good double act a wee bit like the krankys.

Love it, thank you ranjers for all the happy moments you have given us recently

  • A’ve got to say I’m hoops through and through, but good luck tae the guy the song is dare I say it catchy lol. The hoops are going to win easily on Sunday, mon the hoops.

  • KevinBhoy says:

It actually works really well if you sing…

    haha.. haha.. haha hahahaha

(to one of their other well known tunes)at the same time as this one.

Love the shoulder work in the video though, reminds me of some kind of ‘walk’ that they do circa July every year.

  • shoulder-popping pensioner says:

    We’re are Rangers, Glasgow Rangers
    We don’t do walkiiiiing awaaay
    So let the Celtic know
    That we do tax evasion,
    Illegally signing players
    And wrecking Man-chester all-daaaaaay
