Despite not scoring Tony Watt picked up the man-of-the-match award from Charlton’s 3-2 win over Reading.
Simon Church scores when he wants. Yoni Buyens scores how he wants. Tony Watt can do anything he wants. Life is good. #cafc

After a traumatic year in which he played for Lierse and Standard Liege either side of a brief return to Celtic, the 21-year-old seems to have found the perfect platform to develop his career. His January move to The Valley was quickly followed by the departure of manager Bob Peeters but the arrival of former Standard Liege boss Guy Luzon provided some reassurance.
Tony Watt though. Has transformed the mood around the club. #baller #cafc — Stuart Loversidge (@Stucafc) March 21, 2015
Five wins in six matches, with Watt an integral part of the side, have lifted the club into the top half of the table although the run has come too late to make the play-off’s. Among the fans Watt has quickly developed a rapport thanks to his enthusiasm and swashbuckling style.
Good second half performance today. Tony Watt excelled up-front again, fast becoming one of our signing’s of the season I think. #CAFC

After yesterday’s win Luzon said: “We started the game very well, for first 20-25 minutes we moved the ball very well. The problem was the last pass, we were not efficient. I told them to move the ball like we did at the start but to be more efficient in the last part. “I think the second half was brilliant. We played great football and we score three goals and we could have scored another three, four or five goals. “For me it is not important to only win, it is important the way that we play. We need to enjoy the game, we need to play with a smile and I think we did it well today. I am happy, the players are happy and the staff are happy and also the fans.”
Tony Watt got Man of the Match today and seemed genuinely humble to receive the award, the guy is just brilliant. #cafc — Martin Flynn (@addictedaddick) March 21, 2015
