Artur BorucAs he prepares for Bournemouth’s promotion push Artur Boruc has taken to showing off some of his dance routines for an advert on Polish television.

The commercial, for betsafe.com shows the former Celtic keeper working out in the gym but also showing some classic dance moves piked up from the Sav during his days in Glasgow.

With Cha Du-Ri a telly favourite in South Korea and Georgios Samaras promoting shampoo it seems that more and more advertising options are opening up for footballers.

On the pitch Boruc seems to be making the most of his loan deal at Bournemouth with the south coast side closing in on automatic promotion to the Premiership for the first time.

Fraser Forster’s arrival at Southampton seemed to spell the end for the keeper but he has been in outstanding form for Bournemouth.

Last night’s 1-1 draw at Cardiff leaves Bournemouth two points behind Watford and Middlesbrough at the top of the Championship but with Middlesbrough visiting Dean Court on Saturday that lead could be overturned.

Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe said: “When you play your rivals in terms of your league position then they take on extra importance. The next two games are huge for us (after Middlesbrough Bournemouth are away to Ipswich). Every game gets bigger as the countdown gets closer to the end of the season.”

In their last match of the regular season Bournemouth travel to Bolton where Boruc will be up against his former Celtic skipper Neil Lennon. Last night Bolton lost 1-0 at Ipswich leaving them 10 points above third bottom Wigan with eight games left to play.
