The case of Albert Kinloch against Coral bookmakers has continued in hilarious fashion this morning.

The nationwide bookmakers has been caught up in the survival myth that dare not be admitted in the company of the people.

Kinloch’s team has had a field day putting Coral’s under the microscope as the bookie dances around the simple fact that would get the case thrown out.

By admitting that Rangers Football Club entered into liquidation in June 2012 following four months of administration the case could quickly be dismissed.

Rangers went burst- they weren’t relegated.

Fox asked “is the gambling industry is still acting as if Rangers is the same club, taking bets etc.”

“Yes,” he replies.

Coral’s other bookmakers, broadcasters and publishers may live in a world that revolves around the Old Firm but when the people refused to follow follow the examples set by fans of Livingston, Dundee and Motherwell their club died- in second place in the SPFL table.

Since then Hearts and Dunfermline supporters have organised, rallied round and avoided liquidation.
