Paranoid Graeme Murty believes that the world and it’s dog are putting the boot into Sevco.
Fall guy Murt’s spent another uncomfortable 90 minutes chewing his jacket and watching in dismay as Sevco crashed to a 2-1 defeat at Inverness.

Going into last night’s match Inverness Caley Thistle hadn’t won in their previous 14 matches and sat at the bottom of the Premiership.
In defence, starting his third senior football match was Celtic’s seventh choice central defender Jamie McCart- just as well it wasn’t Erik Sviatchenko, Dedryck Boyata, Jozo Simunovic, Kolo Toure, Mikael Lustig or Eoghan O’Connell.
After an outstanding warm up Sevco started brightly but their power puff ‘attack’, led by Kenny Miller created little before Greg Tansey gave the home side the lead just before half-time.
Martyn Waghorn scored from a penalty awarded by Steven McLean but after equalising Sevco sat back and should have been reduced to ten men when Danny Wilson denied Billy McKay a clear goal scoring opportunity with five minutes left to play.
Wesley Foderingham saved the penalty but in the 89th minute a looping overhead kick from McKay found the net as Murty tried to hide under his chewed up Sports Direct jacket.
“I’ve no doubt that the world and their dog will be writing things about us,” he told his club’s online TB service. “Sticking the boot in so to speak and they are more than welcome to but we have to make sure that we don’t listen to those outside.”
As he buries his head deeper into his jacket while his team flops on the park it seems that the only escape for Murts is to get a line from Joey Barton’s doctor.
After 26 top flight games Sevco have won 12 and have a goal difference of plus four, they trail Aberdeen by six points with a game more played. Celtic are a distant 30 points ahead.
Should Aberdeen, St Johnstone and Hearts win today and in midweek Sevco will find themselves in fifth place- falling and failing.
