Two days after appearing to suffer a nasty shoulder injury Kyogo Furuhashi has been pictured back in training.
Just 20 seconds had been played when the Celtic striker felt the full force of John Lundstram charging in full on.
After a couple of minutes treatment Kyogo had to go off the park with Giorgos Giakoumakis proving a more than able replacement.
With a heavy schedule of fixtures coming up ahead of the World Cup break in November the last thing that Ange Postecoglou needed was a 50% cut in his striker options. But all appears to be well.

Postecoglou will speak to the media this afternoon where updates will be requested on the fitness of Kyogo and Carl Starfelt who had to be replaced by Moritz Jenz early in the second half.
Other than those two doubts it seems that Celtic have a full squad to choose from for tomorrow’s Champions League opener.
For any #Celtic fans… Kyogo is training today – he appeared shortly after the session got underway ??

Lundstram’s deliberate assault has hopefully failed to cause any serious damage.
However, somebody needs to have a word in this animal’s ear, so it doesn’t happen again.
NB. For all the talk of van Bronkhorst being a decent fellow, he sends out his team to try and maim opposing players. All those flying elbows and tackles from behind week in week out, demonstrate a premeditated pattern, and he is the man in charge, so the responsibility for the thuggery rests with him.
