It’s not been a great week, there’s an understatment, but today in Rome the Celtic u-17’s drew 1-1 with hosts Rieti to reach the semi finals of the Scopigno Memorial trophy.
On Thursday goals from Grant Gallagher, James Forrest, Tomislav Pavlov, Luca Santonocito and a trialist gave Celtic a convincing 5-0 win over Viterbese.
At 10am on Saturday Celtic will face Napoli with fingers crossed for the final scheduled for 5pm on Saturday with the other semi between Cagliari and Roma.
