Celtic’s u-19 side maintained their 100% winning start to the season with a hard fought 1-0 win over Hearts.
James Keatings scored the only goal of the game in the 48th minute then was red carded in injury time for retaliating as two Hearts players fouled the hoops striker.
Robbie Thomson saved a 32nd minute penalty from Fraser Mullens after Callum McGregor had smashed a shot off the post in the 14th minute.
Celtic coach Stevie Frail said: “It was a tough game, we knew it would be difficult, in terms of character and protecting a lead we’re delighted.”
