Hamilton v Celtic- you pick the team

How will Neil Lennon go about his team selection tomorrow at Hamilton?

It’s three weeks since the last match against Inverness Caley Thistle which featured a back three, a debut for Richie Towell and no place on the bench for Georgios Samaras.

I don’t think that the back three will be tried again which will see Jos Hooiveld dropped from the team although Daniel Majstorovic’s last two performances will be testing Lenny patience.

Emilio Izaguirre looks like replacing Charlie Mulgrew on the left with Cha Du-Ri continuing at right back.

Midfield selections will be interesting. Shaun Maloney lasted less than ten minutes of the Inverness match with Paddy McCourt impressing and scoring as a substitute. There is unlikely to ever be an answer to the Paddy debate but he should be in tomorrow’s starting selection.

Joe Ledley and Ki Sung Yeung look sure of their places in midfield with James Forrest a possibility to play on the flank, possibly switching wings with McCourt.

In attack it’s two from three with Samaras drifting out the picture.

Gary Hooper’s goals ensure his place with the other choice being between the physical presence of Daryl Murphy and the less predictable Anthony Stokes.

Murphy’s performance as a substitute at St Mirren probably edges him ahead of Stokes who hasn’t played a full 90 minutes since the 9-0 win over Aberdeen.

I’d expect the team to be along these lines:

Forster; Cha, Majstorovic, Rogne, Izaguirre; Forrest, Ki, Ledley, McCourt; Murphy and Hooper

Picklive is the new bite-sized Fantasy Football game lasting 7.5 minutes on live television matches.

The stakes are sensibly low at £1 or £3 with the quick turnaround giving everyone a realistic chance of winning.

Points are won for things like short passes, long passes, assists, tackles, interceptions and of course, goals. Points can also be lost too, for fouls or poor passes etc.
