Steve Frail Celtic newsCeltic’s u-19 side will be back in action on Sunday facing Airdrie in the SFA Youth Cup, kick off 12 noon at Lennoxtown.

The game was postponed in December but will now take priority over the scheduled SPL match with Rangers which was due to be played on Saturday.

In the third round Celtic beat Dundee 6-1 while Airdrie won 6-4 at Kilmarnock with new bhoy Tony Watt hitting a hat-trick.

Stevie Frail’s side haven’t played a competitive match since beating Motherwell 3-1 on November 20.

Celtic are the current holders of the SFA Youth Cup after beating Rangers 2-0 in last season’s Hampden final.
