The satellite channel will also show the replay between Celtic and Rangers on March 2 with the winners heading north 11 days later.
Both clubs will clear over £1.5m from the two gates at the cup ties and television rights.
If the game at Celtic Park is level after 90 minutes it will go to extra-time with the possibility of a penalty shoot to decide which side faces Caley Thistle.
Celtic’s SPL fixture at Inverness on April 2 will kick-off at noon and be shown live on ESPN.
Sky will screen two quarter-finals on March 13 starting with the Dundee United v Motherwell game which will kick off at 1.15pm followed by a 3.30pm kick off at Inverness.
BBC Scotland will show the St Mirren v Aberdeen match live the previous day.
