Kilmarnock boss Kenny Shiels last night branded Kirk Broadfoot as the ugly boy from Rangers!
Broadfoot was involved in an incident in the tunnel with Kilmarnock’s Manuel Pascali after the final whistle with referee Willie Collum reported to have issued both players with a booking.
Asked about what had gone on in the tunnel Shiels claimed: “It was the ugly boy from Rangers – the male model from Ayrshire. I think his mascara was running. Pasquale only responded like a captain would do.”
Rangers manager Ally McCoist was keen to play the incident down saying: “I played here for 15 years and that wouldn’t rate in the top 25 tunnel incidents.
“We’re leading boring lives if that is what we’re talking about. I am not trying to play it down, it was absolutely nothing.
“I think the two players got a yellow card and I saw the whole thing. It was like two boys in the playground. Handbags.”

Ugly ? Yes. But ugly and in possession of more winners medals than most of our squad which is the sad thing. Maybe if our players could stand up for themselves a bit more, we wouldn’t be drawing / losing so many games ?
Tainted Trophies, not exactly the same thing, Barcelona couldn’t have won the 2 titles before last.
You know you have taken a severe beating from the ugly stick when your labelled the “ugly boy” at Rangers ffs. I genuinely think it is compulsory to be ugly to play for them!
Pot, kettle and black spring to mind
