Henrik Larsson was delighted to see Landskrona BoIS take another step away from relegation with a 1-0 win over Jonkopings last night.
Marcus Lantz scored the only goal of the game in the 73rd minute as LBoIS moved into fifth bottom place picking up ten points from their last four matches.
Just six points separate nine teams between 4th and 12th places with Larsson delighted by the way his side are turning their season around.
He said: “The guys showed great heart to the final 15 minutes when we had a lead to defend.
“In a perfect world we would have won 2-0 or 3-0. It is a shame that Frederick (Olsson) could not put away the chances.
“Ten points out of 12 is a great return and we need to keep that going.”
On Friday LBoIS travel to meet league leaders Angelholm on Friday.
