Morten Rasmussen Sivasspor newsMorten Rasmussen is praying that Sivasspor will give him the chance to relaunch his career.

The striker was delighted to accept the red and white number 13 of Silvasspor and is hoping to become a regular in Riza Calimbay’s side.

“Celtic have not been able to give me the opportunity to play,” he told the Sivasspor website. “I need to play consistently to show my quality.

“I’m happy with this transfer, I’ll get my chance and that’s why I accepted the move.

“I like to do my work in the penalty area and want to prove myself to the Sivasspor fans.”

With Rasmussen departing for the season the focus at Celtic on Saturday will be on Mohamed Bangaru who was signed from AIK Stockholm last week.

Bangaru scored the winning goal for Sierra Leone against Egypt at the weekend and in the video below says his farewell to the AIK fans
