Ibrox director issues sickening threat to Craig Whyte

Sevco director Sandy Easdale has issued a sickening threat to Craig Whyte threatening to ‘throw him down the marble stair case if he ever turned up at Ibrox’.

The outburst from Easdale, who served a prison sentence for VAT fraud, came in an interview with popular Ibrox blogger Bill McMurdo, the son of a football agent of the same name.

Easdale has kept a low profile since joining the board at Ibrox alongside his even lower profile brother James after striking favour with Charles Green.

The big ‘anded Yorkshireman claimed that he had shafted Whyte when the club assets were switched from Sevco 5088 to Sevco Scotland with the former billionaire from Motherwell believed to be about to undertake legal action to reclaim Ibrox, Murray Park and a car park.

Responding to that suggestion Sandy Easdale took to McMurdo’s blog claiming: “He’s like a big kid. It’s like if he can’t have Rangers then all he wants is to try to ruin things for everybody.”

Ominously Easdale added: “I have never met or spoke to the man  but I personally would throw him down the marble stair case if he ever turned up at Ibrox.”

Delighted by that quote McMurdo added: “Rangers fans will certainly be cheering this last statement.”

The blogger then went on to explain how he had initially backed Whyte before throwing his weight behind the current regime in charge at Ibrox.

Despite having an agreement to buy out Green’s Sevco shareholding no statement has been issued to the Alternative Investment Market to confirm that that transaction has been completed.
