Injury fear for midfielder

Nir Biton is at the centre of an injury scare tonight after picking up an knock during Israel’s 3-1 defeat from Slovakia.

The midfielder was substituted after 66 minutes with some reports claiming that he had picked up a torn thigh muscle.
