FASHION BHOYSWith a free weekend ahead of the presentation of the SPFL Premiership trophy four of Ronny Deila’s squad spent the weekend in Paris.

A Dutchman, a Norwegian a Swede and an Irsaeli flew out to the French capital and showed the locals some fashion tips as they visited the famous sights.

Virgil van Dijk cut a cunning disguise wearing black rimmed glasses, Stefan Johansen slipped into his big brothers jumper, John Guidetti looked in the mood to rap while Nir Bitton dressed as laid back as his inspiring midfield displays.

Having started the current season back in July with a trip to Iceland the bhoys have clocked up the air-miles visiting Germany, Poland, Slovenia, Austria, Croatia, Romania, Gran Canaria and Italy on club duty with all four also involved in international football which will continue through until mid-June.

Van Dijk, Johansen and Bitton were left out of the side that drew 0-0 at St Johnstone while Guidetti had to make do with watching from the bench alongside Tom Rogic.

Celtic’s third visit of the season to McDiarmid Park failed to impress Deila, after the match the hoops boss said: “”It was a crazy game. Way too open for my taste. Maybe it was fun to watch from the stand with the chances but we were everywhere defensively.

“Offensively we created some chances so that was okay but it was a miracle it was 0-0. James was disappointed but you can see it bounce up so what can you do? You can grow potatoes out there.

“Strange things will happen and that was a strange thing.”
