DeilaRonny Deila has made nine changes to the Celtic side that beat Malmo for today’s clash with Dundee United at Tannadice today.

Emilio Izaguirre and Leigh Griffiths are the only survivors as the Celtic boss looks towards Tuesday’s return match in Sweden.

New signing Scott Allan is among the substitutes which includes Kieran Tierney, Fiacre Kelleher and Joe Thomson.

Goalkeeper Logan Bailly makes his competitive debut with Craig Gordon rested, Eoghan O’Connell comes in for his first start of the season joining Efe Ambrose in the centre of defence.

Speaking yesterday about the game Deila said: “It’s something we’re discussing all the time but we’ll see tomorrow. We’re going to have a strong team, whatever we’re going to play. Our squad is the biggest and strongest in the league and it’s important to use it wisely.

We want to win tomorrow. That’s an important thing and also we have an important game on Tuesday so that’s what we are used to. It’s not the first time we’ve been in these situations.

We know what our goals are this season and we know what games we’re going to play. We do the same as we’ve done all the time – we play the team we think is the best for each occasion.”

A win over Dundee United will take Celtic to the top of the table ahead of Hearts match at home to Partick Thistle.
