Joey Barton interrupted his life of leisure to wish his current employers good luck at Hampden today.
Compared to earlier tweets there was no dig at Celtic or WATP hashtag with the 34-year-old appearing to be downplaying his latest career stopover.
Just over a month ago Barton was much more cocky as he boasted of what he was going to do to Celtic with Scott Brown and Brendan Rodgers the main target for his delusions.
All the talking ended on September 10 as the former Burnley ace discovered the on-pitch reality of life in a city where there has only been one winner since 28 December 2011.

Barton probably let out a little cheer when Joe Ledley scored the only goal of the game but with the weekly arrival of £25,000 into his bank account his emotions have moved across the city.
Since taking part in the 5-1 derby defeat Barton hasn’t played a single minute for Sevco as he serves a club suspension on full pay.
A number of former Ibrox characters have lined up to criticise Barton but with the security of a two year contract the former Strangeways Prison inmate has little to worry about.
After a 90 minute ‘rivalry’ with the would-be intellectual Celtic captain Brown believes that the Ibrox club will be a bigger threat with their marquee signing watching from afar.
“He tried to wind the whole game up and for it to be about him but top-quality players have come into these games in the past and struggled,” the Celtic captain said.
“It’s always going to be hard for anyone if they are not going to do the work. He put his team-mates under a lot of pressure while we kept focused, kept on the straight and narrow and just worried about our game, no one else’s.
“I just did my talking on the park rather than in the media. Yes, Rangers have improved without him – they have started to get a few results and a steady team and that’s better for them.”
