Brendan Rodgers has finally lost his cool with a referee.
Despite Celtic’s dominant position at the top of the table the hoops have been on the wrong end of some horrendous refereeing decisions.
One of the worst was in the Betfred Cup semi-final against Sevco when Craig Thomson gave a succession of bstrange decisions highlighted by his decision to disallow a headed ‘goal’ from Erik Sviatchenko because Clint Hill fell to the ground.
Last week, despite dominating every worthwhile attacking statistic, Celtic had three times as many free kick’s awarded against them as Dundee by referee Bobby Madden.
Today Willie Collum gave Callum McGregor two yellow cards which barely merited a yellow card with Rodgers as puzzled and angry as the Celtic support at the decision.
BR: “We should have had 11 players on the pitch as it was never a sending off. It was a really poor decision.” (MH)

BR: “Whole reaction of the ground tells you everything that it wasn’t a sending off. Everyone was surprised.” (MH)
