In the end it was a day of joy for the Celtic support at Ibrox as their team took full points and the roof remained intact. The first 20 minutes was a strange experience as Celtic made their hosts look competent but once Scott Sinclair started to see more of the ball on the left the script looked similar to the one enjoyed at Hampden and Celtic Park. Moussa Dembele's goal took the wind out of the home side as they realised that they were in for one hour of hard labour against a team superior to them in every area of the park. Referee Steven McLean stopped the game at every opportunity, one first half advantage decision was incredible, but this Celtic side wasn't going home with less than three points. After creating four or five good scoring chances Stuart Armstrong opened up the home defence, fired in the perfect pass with Sinclair doing the rest. Apart from a Kenny Miller shot that hit the post there were no real scares as Celtic won in style with Dembele playing down the clock with a series of corners towards the end of the match. With a 19 point lead at the top, the Betfred Cup in the trophy room and fresh memories of the Champions League Celtic fans worldwide will enjoy a very happy new year- HHAIL HHAIL THE WINNER- GET IN THERE Nice one Scotty. Stuart Armstrong's pass was perfection, Sinclair timed his run perfectly leaving Danny Wilson and Rob Kiernan watching in despair as their hopes of a point died a death. THE JOY OF DEMBELE'S EQUALISER Watching from afar the Celtic support exploded with joy when Dembele's shot smashed the back of the net. Moments earlier despair was the emotion as Scott Sinclair's shot hit the inside of the post and was hoofed for a corner by Clint Hill. After a nervy start to the match the bhoys were in control, there was only going to be one winner and one end of the ground celebrating. PICK IT OUT- WHAT A STRIKE What an awful lot of unhappy people- hopefully there are some work colleagues of yours in this picture. There are three happy bhoys however and thousands of others who celebrated that missile from Moussa that hit the back of the net. From that moment onwards there was only going to be one winner- Mikael Lustig and Erik Sviatchenko knew what was coming next, not bad for less than a third of the cost of Joey Garner #gladallover. JOY FOR JAY Jay Beattie is no fair weather fan and lapped up Celtic's win at Ibrox as much as anyone. Picked out from the celebrating masses Emilio Izaguirre stepped in for Georgios Samaras and let the young Irish kid in on the celebrations. Izaguirre has been a capable deputy for Kieran Tierney but with the teenager fit again Izzy made sure that he enjoyed today's win as much as ever. BROONY CELEBRATES! It took a while coming but when it did the winning goal was one of beautiful simplicity. Stuart Armstrong was the creator, his pass/cross was an invitation and after being denied by the post in the first half Scott Sinclair wasn't going to miss from four yards out. It looked a goal all the way- and celebrating in front of the Celtic fans an Ibrox matchwinner is a special moment- whether it sends you 19 or 16 points clear on route to 6-in-a-row. IT'S ALL OVER NOW It's joy for Mikael Lustig and it looks like Patrick Roberts has just spotted KT in the stand. After a marathon month and 90 minutes of honest mistakes from Steven McLean the Celtic players lapped up every moment after the final whistle. Fifty eight points from 20 matches is an incredible achievement but barely scratches the surface at the achievements of the players and a support revived and who genuinely Just Can't Get Enough
