Brendan Rodgers has made just one changes to the team that won the Betfred Cup against Aberdeen for today’s match with Motherwell.

Kolo Tourne comes in to replace Erik Sviatchenko as the hoops boss demonstrates his determination to push ahead in the SPFL.

Despite a Champions League tie at Manchester City in three days time Rodgers has stuck with his full strength side.

With the early kick off the match at Fir Park gives the hoops the chance to go 11 points clear before the matches for second place kick off.

Celtic have already beaten Motherwell twice this season, 5-0 and 2-0 but both of those games were at Celtic Park.

Fir Park is rarely a straightforward venue with the tight bobbly pich contributing to a cup tie feel to matches at the Laanarkshire venue.
