Emilio Izaguirre was in good voice this morning as he prepared for training with a burst of ‘Let The People Sing’.
The Irish ballad has been a favourite of the Celtic support for a number of years and is often played over the PA system on match days at Celtic Park.
In his seventh season at Celtic Izaguirre is well aware of the club’s history and heritage and always shares his successes with the fans.

The full-back will be hoping to earn a place on the bench for Sunday’s derby match in which a draw will kill off Sevco’s hopes of #goingfor55.
Celtic are 33 points clear of the Ibrox challengers and have won all three derbies played between the clubs this season.
Iaguirre stepped in for the injured Kieran Tierney during November and December and added a Betfred Cup winners medal to his collection when Celtic defeated Aberdeen 3-0 at Hampden to lift the first trophy of the season.
