Despite interest from Leicester City there’s no doubting Erik Sviatchenko is enjoying his football at Celtic.
Twelve months on from arriving at a team close to meltdown the Dane is on course for a record breaking clean sweep of honours.
After finding himself watching a couple of matches from the bench Sviatchenko is forming a solid partnership alongside Dedryck Boyata in the centre of Brendan Rodgers defence.

Since the turn of the year St Johnstone have been the only team to score against the hoops with the back four/five doing their part towards the teams success.
Sviatchenko has been the mainstay of that area whether he is playing alongside Boyata, Jozo Simunovic or Mikael Lustig.
With his interaction with fans on social media the Dane understands the significance of the run that the team is on with eleven more matches left in a remarkable domestic season that shows no sign of coming to an end.
