Taking advantage of some free hospitality in Las Vegas Dave King has been spreading more good news to the gullibles.

As he ignores the ruling from the Takeover Appeal Board which will squeeze the life out of Sevco the South African based criminal was given the welcome of a hero as he met Sevco fans at their North American convention.

Paul Murray was dispatched to spread the moonbeams and duly obliged. Prior to hosting a Question and Answer session the former Deutsche Bank office junior requested that fans refrain from sharing the information on social media.

It didn’t take long for word to emerge with the following information greeted with joy among the gullibles:

Four players will have medicals over the weekend

A Director of Football is in place and will be announced over the next few days

A shirt sponsorship deal is complete

Board are confident that the new strip will be available for fans before the season starts (June 29).

With those promises made Murray and King can enjoy the back slapping of the fans in Vegas where David Tanner of Sky Sports is presenting the action.

Having been removed from the board of The Rangers Football Club in March of this year Murray is now kept at arms length from decision making inside the club.

Managing Director Stewart Robertson isn’t in Vegas to meet the fans.

Meanwhile it seems that Graham Dorrans is heading for Sheffield Wednesday rather than Ibrox with Carlos Pena back in Mexico without signing a contract.

Further clients of Pedro Mendes are expected to easy-jet in from Portugal today to make tomorrow’s first session of training look like a revolution.
