A fund raising campaign will soon be launched for a Judicial Review into the governance of Scottish football.

Talks have been underway for some time with the SPFL whitewash as predictable as the guilty verdict issued by the Supreme Court on the ‘EBT’s’ used by Rangers for a decade.

Today’s SPFL statement simply confirmed that the authorities are in self preservation mode as they reinforce the mistakes of the past.

Central to the issue is the Five Way Agreement of 2012 which is now strongly suspected to include a passage that no title stripping will be administered on account of the ineligible players paid by side contracts that weren’t registered with the SFA and SPL.

On top of that the date of the Nimmo Smith enquiry was switched to avoid the Discount Option Scheme used to pay for Tore Andre Flo and Ronald de Boer. Additionally Nimmo Smith ignored five EBT cases in which Rangers (IL) admitted their guilt.

While Ann Budge and other attempt to move on the events of the last month have hardened the view that justice hasn’t been applied and that the authorities have something to hide.

As soon as details of the fund raising for the Judicial Review are made known this site will make them available.
