Chris Sutton couldn’t hide his joy as Celtic saw off Rosenborg to reach the play-off phase of the Champions League.
The pundit who doesn’t hide his colours or opinions will be on the front line when BT Sport take on coverage as the hoops bid to reach the group phase for the second season running.
Sutton felt the pressure and tension as the match developed and hinted at the substitutions that turned the match Celtic’s way.
.@btsportfootball Celtic been the better team but how tense is this?! Made for Rogic and Griffiths maybe….??

The introduction of Griffiths provided Celtic with a different edge leading to the stunning strike from Forrest that brought a deserved victory.
.@btsportfootball Come on ???? For all the Forrest doubters????????????

.@btsportfootball Great courage from Celtic tonight??????All about seeing it through???????????? James Forrest stunning goal…. Wallop????

After going in front Celtic created more chances than their hosts who were made to look one paced and pedestrian against Celtic’s explosive movement and ability to hold possession.
With the play-off draw coming on Friday at 11am every Celtic fan- including Sutton- will be hoping for a repeat of last season’s success at this stage- without the drama of that agonising night away to Hapoel Beer Sheva.
