Celtic fans were quick to offer their support to the Brown and Burns family after the overnight abuse they suffered.
One sick individual decided to tweet their hatred to Scott Brown as the poison on his mind was transferred onto a keyboard.
Now and then songs about the tragic deaths of Tommy Burns and Fiona Brown are heard or surface online before quickly being removed.
Some really horrible people out there!! ????

Disgusting. Your Dad was one of the best. Had training sessions with him at St Mary’s and St Mary’s Guild when I was a youngster. God bless

Jonathan – I lost my brother to cancer in May and adored your father. Rise above it, thank the Lord above that you’re not like that x

The level people sink to, to try and hurt people despairs me. Laughing at the dead is to me beyond the pale. The person or persons shamed.

Despite repeated warnings by Police Scotland it seems that sentencing is light with the no-marks that indulge in this type abuse effectively given the green light to do as they please.
Back in May 2008 Brown suffered his darkest days as his sister Fiona died of cancer with Celtic coach Tommy Burns suffering from the same illness.
Almost every family in Scotland has had to suffer the horror of cancer at some stage but for some individuals nothing is too low for expressing their anger and intolerance.
