Pedro Caixinha has no fears about being called into the Blue Room and getting the sack.
The spotlight is on the Sevco boss this afternoon at Dingwall where he needs a win to take his club into the top half of the table.

Caixinha has been ideal at deflecting attention away from results by his outrageous comments and it’s easy to see how the board of directors were taken in by the smooth talking Portuguese boss.
The sound-bites and mission statements stop for 90 minutes every weekend with harsh decisions needed if Sevco go into the international break trailing Motherwell and Hamilton in the bottom half of the SPFL table.
Talk of the sack is inevitable but it’s a subject that Caixinha has no worries about.
“At this club we don’t have those sort of meetings,” he told the Sunday Post. “We have to keep the club moving and we’re working together.
“They have their job to do and I have mine, which is specific to football. I love my job and I love my work. I’m addicted to this.
“I’m working at a fantastic football club and I have a great squad of players. I’m happy here.
“I don’t talk about having support from the board. I never think like that. If I do, I won’t take the right decisions.
“I have the character to do my job and take the club in the right direction.
“They’re doing their job. Mine is about delivering a strong, competitive football team to try to win games.
“If we win or not, decisions will be taken, but I’m only trying to win football matches.”
With Alex McLeish, Barry Ferguson and Alex Rae lurching on the sidelines one more slip for Caixinha could prove fatal with the international break providing breathing space to make changes.
