Andrew Dallas will referee the Partick Thistle v Celtic match on Friday night.
The Lanarkshire based whistler was involved in a series of baffling decisions last season but with a place on the elite FIFA list is assured of regular high profile matches.
Dallas handled the fixture between the clubs on May 18 and will be assisted by Jordan Stokoe and Graham Leslie with Nick Walsh as fourth official.
Friday’s match will be his first league appointment of the season but he’ll be kept busy with a shift as fourth official on Saturday at the Kilmarnock v Hearts match.
Celtic go into the match looking to build on their impressive start to the domestic season which has saw them score nine goals and lose just one.
Brendan Rodgers made eight changes to the side that beat Hearts for the visit of Kilmarnock but is expected to return to his A Team for the match at Firhill.
