Joe Thomson had to settle for the view from the bench as Livingston drew 2-2 away to Brencin City.

The midfielder joined the Championship outfit on Friday and will remain with David Hopkins side until January.

Thomson was on loan at Dumbarton and Queen of the South last season and was probably hoping to follow Jamie Lindsay with a move to a Premiership club.
