Paris St Germain are set to complete a loan deal to sign Kylian Mbappe from Monaco.

Various sources this morning report that a deal will be completed that will see the Paris outfit complete a £166m deal at the end of this season.

The timing of the deal is to work around UEFAs Financial Fair Play regulations following the £200m that brought Neymar from Barcelona.

Mbappe scored nine goals in nine Champions League matches last season as Monaco reached the semi-final before losing out to Juventus.

The new look PSG strike force are expected to play together for the first time away to Metz on September 8 with their next match against Celtic in the Champions League on September 12.

UEFAs FPP regulations appear to be open to negotiation with most clubs able to work their way around it with only selected punishments handed out.

The Spanish FA claimed that they would prevent the Neymar deal from going through due to FPP concerns but that stance lasted less than 24 hours.
