Jane Lewis has came up with another definition of LIQUIDATION by claiming that it is a temporary condition!
The BBC sports presenter has got into dangerous water in the past as she tried to deflect around Rangers Football Club going into liquidation in 2012.
‘Financial meltdown’ and ‘relegated to the bottom tier’ are among the favourite myths by the BBC who still have a farcical stand off with the club that dominates 50% of their output.
Sorry who said they didn’t go into liquidation? That tweet was correct AT THE TIME!

.So Jane are you now saying that the below certificate of liquidation is now invalid? ???? pic.twitter.com/SalE14fGw0

At the time Jane? So what do you think happened since? Perhaps you should inform BDO liquidation did NOT happen!

When did they come out of liquidation, Jane?

For amateur accountants and internet bampots liquidation is permanent. Ask an Ibrox Debenture holder or one of the 276 creditors left high and dry by the failure of Her Majesty to accept a CVA.
Among those left holding worthless credit notes in June 2012 were Police Scotland, Glasgow City Council, HMRC, florists, newsagents and taxi drivers. The club was upto date for the TV (BBC) licence.
Social media users have regularly challenged BBC reporters on their rewriting of history with the death of the old club followed by SFA membership gymnastics and Sevco playing in the Challenge Cup at Brechin while Rangers (IL) maintained their SFA membership.
Aided by the retrospective actions of the SFA and SPL/SPFL the honours of the old club have been transferred to the new club.
With no sign of any business plan the current club is largely dependent on the generosity of Douglas Park to meet their monthly payroll.
If things go wrong for Pedro Caixinha and he requires to be paid off it’s unlikely that Park will fork out again after agreeing to cover the £6m lost by getting knocked out of the Europa League by Progres Niederkorn.
