Ewan Henderson is expected to be involved in the Celtic squad against Hibs tomorrow.

The 17-year-old has came on leaps and bounds since the turn of the year and will get his chance with Scott Brown and Stuart Armstrong both out injured.

Ewan (third from left, front row in picture above) has the exact same playing mannerisms as his brother Liam and can play anywhere across the midfield.

Last week against Hearts he scored within 10 minutes of coming on as a substitute and was heavily involved in the UEFA Youth League win over Anderlecht.

Henderson has been part of the Celtic academy for five years and played in the last two Glasgow Cup Final wins over Sevco, scoring in the Firhill final in April.

He wasn’t involved in last season’s 3-0 SFA Youth Cup win over Sevco at Hampden but a big ambition of Brendan Rodgers is to identify and promote the younger players that he feels he can develop to the highest level.
