Dave King’s bizarre bid to escape the ruling of the Takeover Appeal Board has been undone by the Sevco website.

Almost as soon as King made his share purchase in January 2015 a concert party claim was made against the South African based criminal who made his purchase at the same time as the three bears bought existing shares.

With a vast electronic trail it was an easy case for the Takeover Panel to decide on with King ordered to make an offer of 20p per share to all other shareholders.

Defending his role in the concert party action King has tried to distance himself from New Oasis Asset Limited but that claim was easily dismissed by the club website!

Since his share purchase in early 2015 King has fronted the actions of the Real Rangers Men even though his promised investment has been slow to materialise.

With no NOMAD, share price listing and mounting debts King’s continuing involvement makes the Sevco brand completely toxic.
