Pedro Caixinha has revealed that he is a vampire for success!
This afternoon at Hampden the Sevco boss goes looking for a third successive win for the first time since climbing the marble staircase of unsurpassed dignity.
Last season in the Scottish Cup semi-final against Celtic Caixinha’s tactics and inexperience were cruelly exposed by Brendan Rodgers’ side who won 2-0 in a canter then won 5-1 six days later at Ibrox.

“The vampires taste the flavour of blood and they want more, they need it,” Caixinha explained to The Sun about his winning mentality.
“It’s the same with the competitive teams and clubs, competitive players and competitive managers.
“They like the way the blood tastes. It’s a sort of addiction. People are addicted to smoking or eating good or playing sport. I am an addict to winning, that’s why I work so hard because that’s my focus to win.”
The winning addict has had little to celebrate since coming to Ibrox, finishing last season 39 points behind Celtic and nine behind Aberdeen despite inheriting the best squad in Scotland.
With a first round Europa League ko from Progres Niederkorn also on his CV one more high profile defeat will almost certainly see Caixinha and his caravan move on elsewhere.
