Within 24 hours Caixinha had taken his last training session, driven to Ibrox and negotiated his pay off.
The search for a replacement seems to entirely consist of checking through a list of Real Rangers Men following the appointments of Mark Warburton and Caixinha.
Graeme Murty was in charge for the win over Hearts but isn’t a contender to take on the job on a permanent basis although two goal Kenny Miller is expected to be on the short list and would be the cheapest option.
