Celtic fans took joyfully to twitter today as Sevco crashed to a 2-0 home defeat to Hamilton Accies.
The Graham Murty bandwagon came to a shuddering halt just as Ibrox punters were coming round to the idea of the former Reading jobsworth getting the manager’s job on a permanent basis.
In seven months in charge Pedro Caixinha failed to win three matches in a row with Celtic twice, Aberdeen and Hibs winning at Ibrox while Sevco crashed out of three cup competitions to Celtic, Progres Niederkorn and Motherwell.

It’s very entertaining. The great cut-price hope Murty blowing a potentially job-securing third win in a row. Nightmare for the board!

Well that was an unexpected double bonus! I guess that means it’s too close to call between Murty & McInnes for the big job! Given how few fans were in the ground, the booing at the end was exceptional.

Two home wins in seven attempts has left season ticket holders demoralised with some even questioning the commitment of Dave King.
Thirteen games into the new season Sevco trail Celtic by nine points with trips to Aberdeen, Hibs and Celtic to be visited during December.
According to the club accounts £4m is required this month to see out the season with Dave King’s NOAL the only source of further finance.
