Moussa Dembele leads the line for Celtic tonight as the hoops complete their Champions League campaign at home to Anderlecht.

Anything less than a 3-0 defeat will see Celtic finish in third place and edge out the Belgian champions for third place and a spot in the Europa League.

Never before have Celtic played in a Champions League match where they have already beaten their opponents.

Five years ago against Spartak Moscow the bhoys won a very nervous encounter 2-1 having earlier won 3-2 in the Russian capital.

While it looks promising for Celtic Anderlecht must be pinching themselves that they can salvage a Europa League place despite losing five matches out of five and scoring just one goal.

Celtic’s last home win in the Champions League was in 2013 against Ajax with Brendan Rodgers keen to bring that stat to a halt.

A win tonight will bring in two million euros split between the bonus for winning and for reaching the last 32 of the Europa League.

CELTIC: Gordon; Lustig, Simunovic, Boyata, Tierney; Brown, Armstrong; Forrest, McGregor, Sinclair; Dembele

SUBS: De Vries, Ajer, Ntcham, Bitton, Kouassi, Edouard, Griffiths
