Pedro Caixinha has highlighted the chaotic management of Sevco after leading Cruz Azul to victory in his first match in charge.
The fifth best coach in Qatar has managed to find a new job in Mexico while his old club struggle to find his successor.
Having to report to a South African based chairman as well as a chief executive and Director of Football is far from ideal with Caixinha sacked after a 1-1 home draw with Kilmarnock.
Speaking about the set up at Cruz Azul Caixinha told The Sun: “Here is tremendously different from how it was at Rangers.
“For example, I have a direct and close relationship with the president, with the sports director and an even closer relationship with my players
“That makes it a huge difference from Glasgow. The organisation at this club is also not what I experienced in Scotland and also in Qatar.
“The president of this club is an exceptional man who has given me nothing but support and advice.
“My experiences in other countries like Scotland has helped me grow, even if it was a negative experience.”
In midweek Graeme Murty explained that Mark Allen would have the last say in transfer matters during the January window but went back on that claim as he previewed the defeat from St Johnstone.
