St Johnstone stormed Fortness Ibrox to record a 3-1 win over Sevco despite the tribute act opening the scoring through Alfredo Morelos.
Tommy Wright’s side battled back with goals from Blair Alston, Denny Johnston and Graeme Cummings bringing an end to the 4-in-a-row hysteria that has been developing at Ibrox.

All seemed right with the world when Columbian hit man netted in the fifth minute but Alston levelled five minutes later.
Just past the hour mark ex-Celt Johnstone put the Saints in front, when substitute Cummings scored in the 71st minute it was all over for Sevco who could be 11 points behind Celtic when they kick off at Kilmarnock next Saturday.
On the plus side for Sevco Niko Kranjcar appeared as a second half substitute while Ryan Jack escaped being sent off for the fifth time this season.
