Celtic fans turned on Craig Levein after the Hearts boss made another attack on Scott Brown.
After claiming that players need extra protection from the Celtic skipper Levein has now accused Brown of getting deliberately booked away to Kilmarnock last Saturday.
That booking means that Brown will be suspended for the Premiership match against St Johnstone next Sunday and clear of the threat of suspension ahead of the games at Aberdeen on February 25 and away to Sevco on March 11.
According to Levein it is common practise for players to select when they want to serve a suspension although he didn’t offer any other examples.
Imagine Brendan Rodgers having an ongoing obsessive one sided spat with say Berra or Wallace it’s just mental

Craig Levein thinks he Trump, day any old bullshit and ignore the negative comebacks. It a shame he wasn’t more attack minded as Scotland manager with his 1-10-0-0 formation.

Craig Levein still at the feather ruffling. Looking forward to Brendan’s passive aggressive gritted teeth smile response ????

still have nightmares from the last time he was in charge. ????— Ian Pink Floyd (@IanJackson74) February 8, 2018
There seems little background for Levein’s obsession with Brown with both men working together in the Scotland international squad.
As a player and manager Levein is still waiting to win his first major honour while Brown in on course to collect the eighth title winners medal of his career despite the handicap of playing for a club that pays HMRC in full and on time.
In 2013 Hearts went into administration with Her Majesty one of the many losers as the club came up with a CVA to continue trading.
