Earlier today Zlatan Ibrahimovic announced that the Swede’s 2002 World Cup strike force would be reunited with Henrik Larsson joining forces with the Manchester United forward in Russia.
Irahimovic announced his retirement after the 2016 European Championships in France with a lot of speculation that he may pull on a yellow shirt for the finals in France.
Larsson and Ibrahimovic first met up in 2001 when Celtic knocked Ajax out of the Champions League qualifiers with Sweden’s most famous footballers both going on to play for Barcelona and Manchester United.
Having played across all of the major leagues Ibrahimovic is among the many top players to nomiate Celtic Park as his favourite ground.
