Brendan Rodgers cheekily acknowledged the wisdom of Barry Ferguson after Celtic’s 0-0 draw at Motherwell.
The home-side had Cedric Kipre red carded five minutes before half time which according to the former Clyde boss handed Motherwell a huge advantage.
Rodgers made a couple of substitutions and tactical changes as Celtic pushed for a goal but had to settle for a draw with the home side defending in depth.

The draw takes Celtic ten points clear of Sevco with a game in hand and just seven matches left to play.
Aberdeen have played the same number of matches and are twelve behind the hoops as Rodgers’ side close in on their seventh successive title.
Motherwell boss Stephen Robinson was unhappy about the sending off of Kipre highlighting the fact that all five of the Premiership players sent off by Craig Thomson this season have been Motherwell men.
Kipre was also sent off by Thomson in the final of the Betfred Cup in November with the same referee sending off three Motherwell players away to St Johnstone in August.
