Stephen Craigan seems to be in the dark about the voting for Manager of the Year.

Yesterday PFA Scotland announced the four man shortlist for the award with Stephen Robinson overlooked with the votes coming from fellow managers.

The Irishman has taken Motherwell to two cup finals in his first season in charge but has missed out on a nomination with Neil Lennon, Brendan Rodgers, Steve Clarke and Jack Ross the contenders.

Craigan is in charge of Motherwell’s u-20 squad alongside his commitments with BT Sport.

Robinson replaced Mark McGhee towards the end of last season and gutted out the Fir Park squad in the summer.

Veterans like Keith Lasley, Stephen McManus, Keith Lasley and James McFadden were moved aside with a side built around Louis Moult reaching the final of the Betfred Cup.

Despite selling Moult to Preston in January Robinson has steered Motherwell to the final of the Scottish Cup where they will face Celtic at Hampden.
