Bobby Madden will referee next Sunday’s Scottish Cup semi-final between Celtic and Sevco at Hampden.
The Lanarkshire based whistler seems to have established himself as the first choice for the SFA over the course of this season with a string of big match appointments.
Madden has refereed the fixture twice before with Graeme Murty escaping with a draw from Celtic Park on both occasions.
Madden was in charge of last season’s Scottish Cup Final when he missed Hayden Stockley smashing Kieran Tierney’s teeth out.
On Saturday Celtic visit Hamilton Accies in the final pre-split SPFL fixture with Andrew Dallas in charge of that match.
Steven McLean will be the fourth official for the match with Kevin Clancy in charge of the Motherwell v Celtic semi-final the previous day at Hampden.
