Brilliant goal celebrations of Lewis Morgan

Lewis Morgan certainly enjoyed his goal for St Mirren in the Renfrewshire Classico.

There is no love lost between the people of Paisley and Greenock with Morton the reluctant guests for Saint Mirren’s official title presentation.

Morgan scored the winning goal in the 72nd minute and made sure the Morton fans knew what it meant to him.

The 21-year-old is from Greenock and was left in no doubt about how his townsfolk felt out his starring role in St Mirren’s title success.

Morgan joined St Mirren in 2014 after being released by Sevco and has rebuilt his career with the Paisley side.

Brendan Rodgers was impressed by his wing play against Celtic in a Scottish Cup tie last season and splashed out £300,000 to sign Morgan in January.

Part of the deal was that he would return on loan to St Mirren with the new boy expected to pick up the PFA Scotland Player of the Year award for the Championship.
