A famous Glasgow landmark is already celebrating Celtic’s Double Treble success.

The Brazen Head pub, located at the junction of Pollokshaws Road with Cathcart Road, is a well known Celtic shop and has been serving fans for over 25 years.

Motorists passing the pub won’t miss the giant new banner which celebrates the Double Treble success of Brendan Rodgers’ side.

Celtic completed that achievement with a 2-0 win over Motherwell at Hampden which is a 20 minute walk from the pub.

First half goals from Callum McGregor and Olivier Ntcham were enough to see off Motherwell and deliver the sixth trophy of the Rodgers reign.

Previously a banner had celebrated The Invincible Treble of 2016/17 when the hoops completed the campaign without defeat, picking up all three domestic trophies for the first time since 2000/01.

The high visibility banner is another symbol of Celtic’s domination of the city with many pubs in the city centre switching over to Irish themes.
