Liam Henderson is a transfer target for Parma 2013.
The midfielder left Celtic for Bari in January and has helped his new club into the Play-Off places for promotion to Serie A.
Parma 2013 have gone one step further by finishing second to Empoli and have gained automatic promotion to the top flight- their third successive promotion.
Henderson has made a big impact at Bari with Sport Parma website reporting:
The 22-year-old raised in the Celtic youths, has talent and physical gifts, in the second round has matured a lot, up to attract the attention of having clubs Italians and foreigners.
Henderson made his Celtic debut under Neil Lennon and went on to score his first goal in the 5-1 win over Partick Thistle in 2014 that clinched three-in-a-row.
Under Ronny Deila he spent loan spells at Rosenborg and Hibs where he played a key role in the 2016 Scottish Cup triumph.
Brendan Rodgers inherited almost a team of midfielders with Henderson moving to Bari in January for £120,000 despite interest from Hibs and Preston North End.
Celtic are believed to have included a substantial sell-on clause in that deal with the chat in Italy being that Parma are ready to offer Bari £1m for the midfielder.
